Interesting Facts: The foliage of this plant is quite similar in appearance to the Great Solomons Seal (Polygonatum biflorum) but the flowers differ greatly. The flowers on this plant tend to hang as a cluster off the end, while the Great Solomons Seal bloom directly underneath the each leaf axil. Both plants usually grow together in large numbers and are common in the deep woodland areas of the preserve.
